Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Aged 30 to 50 • Have male partner (by marriage, cohabitation or engagement) • Able to speak, read, and understand the Swahili language; and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Pregnant or in the 3-month postpartum period. According to Tanzanian guidelines, this group of women are not recommended for cervical screening
