Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients ASA I and II Patients undergoing unilateral modified radical mastectomy under general anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Scoliosis or any vertebral anomalies or previous spinal surgeries. Morbid obesity (BMI = 40). Allergy or contraindication to any of the studied medications. Chronic opioid use. Pregnancy. Infection at the site of injection, coagulopathy, or any other contraindication for regional anaesthesia.
