Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Caregivers (= 18 years of age) of ALHIV aged 10-19 years • Caregiver who has their own personal cellphone

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Caregiver who is unable to comprehend the nature of the study (during the information session) in either English or isiZulu • Current suicidal ideation, intoxication, and requiring urgent medical attention*

percentage change in caregiver wellbeing scores between M1 and M5 in the intervention versus control arm

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Consent rate: proportion of potentially eligible caregivers approached who consent to participate in the trial. A successful consent rate will be defined at = 80%.
