Inclusion criteria: Age: 20 – 40 years Gender: female BMI: 30 – 40 kg/m2 Height: 160 – 180 cm Elective cesarean section

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hypertension, epilepsy, or coagulation disorder Allergy to the drugs used History of migraine or other types of headache Drug addiction
