Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: children and adolescents 6-15years both sexes exogenous obesity BMI >+2 ZSCORE normal height

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with known endocrinal disorders patient with syndromic obesity patient on drugs causing overweight subjects with co -morbidities except of insulin resistance
