Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I & II Female patients 18 - 60 years old 50 – 90 kg Undergoing elective fibroadenoma excision surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient’s refusal Patients with a history of bleeding disorders, relevant drug allergy Infection at the site of needle entry Pregnancy and lactation Patients with advanced cardiovascular and psychiatric diseases
