Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged between 15 and 24 years at enrolment, Provides Informed Consent/Assent (see Appendices 5-8), Is HIV negative at enrolment, Is screened by an IHPS healthcare professional as belonging to a high-risk group and eligible for PrEP, Has access to a valid mobile phone number and is willing to use this number to enrol on Tiko Is enrolled on the Tiko platform

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Deciding not to continue with PrEP at the IHPS site, Not being able to keep the same cell phone number for the duration of the study.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary outcome is to increase PrEP uptake within 1 month of screening.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The secondary outcome will be PrEP persistence measured at three months following uptake.
