Inclusion criteria: HIV children aged 2 to 14 years and enrolled in and currently attending care and treatment clinic with viral load greater or equal to 1000ml/cm3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: HIV children aged 2 to 14 years whose caregiver will not give consent for participation
