Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 28 weeks of pregnancy. Non-risky pregnant women.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Antenatal mothers with diabetes mellitus, heart disease or renal diseases, bleeding disorders. Inactive women before pregnancy.
