Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Partially edentulous patients with missing teeth in the posterior mandibular region. Posterior mandibular ridge width (3 - 5 mm) and height from inferior alveolar nerve ( ¿ 11 mm). Absence of any pathological conditions in the posterior mandible (recipient site).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1- Systemic diseases. 2- Poor oral hygiene. 3- No or poor compliance with non-surgical phase of treatment. 4- Pregnant females. 5- Regular and heavy smokers. 6- Previous head and neck radiation therapy. 7- Patients with an allergy to any material or medication that will be used in the study. 8- Severe psychological problems.
