Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma associated with cataract of grade II or more. Visual field loss compatible with cataract density.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Previous glaucoma or cataract surgery ? Associated ocular or intra ocular inflammation ? Associated corneal pathology ? Associated intraocular pathology ? Lost post-operative follow-up ? Advanced glaucoma: Mean deviation score >12 on visual field score using 30-2 Humphrey visual field analysis.
