Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1- Swimmers age ranged from (18-32) 2- Males and females will participate in the study. 3- Swimmers Body Mass Index (BMI) ranged from (20-30) 4- All subjects have chronic supraspinatus tendinopathy and will be refereed by a physician who had experience pain for at least 3 months prior. 5- all swimmers have positive empty can test indicating the possible supraspinatus involvement. 6- consent to participate in the study and follow the treatment schedule 7- all participants were professional elite swimmers who trained at least 3 days per week covering 40km

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1- Swimmers who have undergone shoulder surgeries. 2- Swimmers underwent other physical therapy program in the last three months. 3- Swimmers have intra articular steroid injection. 4- Swimmers who have shoulder girdle fracture and glenohumeral dislocation\ subluxation.
