Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with ages ranging between 40 and above years who are diagnosed of unilateral or bilateral knee OA using doctor-diagnosis, American College of Rheumatology (ACR) classification or Kellgren and Lawrence classification (grade 2 or 3). Eligible participants who are willing to participate and also willing to give their informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons with rheumatoid diseases will be excluded from this study. Individuals with a history of unstable metabolic diseases or cardiopulmonary conditions that restrict participation in aerobic exercises will be excluded from this study. Individuals with neurologic or balance disorders, history of cerebrovascular accident, or head injury will be excluded from this study.
