Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Subjects, aged 18years and above who meet the following criteria will be included: 1. Unilateral first episode of stroke (ischaemic/ haemorrhagic) of not more than 6 months with severe arm paresis before recruitment. 2. Patients with severe upper limb motor impairment, National Institute of Health Stroke Scale Motor function- arm =3 3. Patients who are able to do Time Dependent Motor Imagery Screening test.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Subjects, who have the following, will be excluded: 1. History of other Central Nervous System disorders 2. A known visual impairment which may limit participation in action observation. 3. Patients with significant cognitive impairment, Mini Mental State Examination score <24 4. Patients who are unable to perform motor imagery, Kinesthetic and Visual Imagery Score (KVIQ-20) <60.
