Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1-patients of American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I–II 2- of either sex 3-with their age ranging from 15 to 40 years 4- with severe palmar hyperhidrosis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1-history of clinically significant cardiac, hepatic, renal, or neurological dysfunction, coagulopathy 2- previously failed cases either after percutaneous or thoracoscopic sympathectomy.
