Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Confirmed diagnosis of gestational diabetes by the physician in the first trimester. Women who agreed to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with chronic diabetes mellitus and/or other diseases. Women with physical or mental infirmity.
