Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult (18 years or above) Diabetes patients with University of Texas Grade 1 foot ulcers Attending the outpatient clinic of the National Diabetes Management and Research Center (Korle Bu Teaching Hospital) or Attending the outpatient clinic of the Surgical Department of the KBTH Willing to give consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with diabetes and foot ulcers who are too ill to be interviewed. Ulcers that are not classified as University of Texas Grade 1 ulcers Patients who are on other Vitamin B formulations Patients who do not give consent to be part of the study
