Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age above 18 years; HIV+ and receiving a stable ART regimen for more than 6 months, free of cardiovascular disease or stroke (determined by medical history and clinical examination), sedentary, that is, no participation in a regular program of physical conditioning program or in a participative sports during the preceding 4 months, not currently taking medication for hypertension and willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants below 18 years; presence of cognitive/intellectual impairment; Cardiac conditions; epilepsy; severe psychiatric conditions; decline to participate.
