Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Being a mother aged 20 years or older who gave birth vaginally to a unique child with a birth weight greater than 2.5 kg and was breastfeeding.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mothers of infants under six months of age who had severe medical (e.g. mental health issues), obstetric complications (e.g. c-section), babies with severe medical conditions (e.g. HIV/AIDS) or congenital malformations and aged below 20 years were excluded.
