Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy Adolescents (early adolescents) aged 10-14 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Adolescents living with sickle cell disease, pregnant, on any medication and severely anaemic or malnourished prior to the intervention phase
