Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Definite diagnosis of multiple sclerosis, fulfilled the Revised McDonald's criteria for diagnosis of multiple sclerosis 2010 (Polman et al., 2011). 2) A score of disability will be ranged from 2-6 according to the Expanded Disability Status Scale (EDSS) (Wiedemann et al., 2013). 3) Multiple sclerotic patients with overactive bladder. 4) Patients with overactive bladder since six months at least prior to the study. 5) Severity of OAB will be ranged from 6-11 according to OABSS (moderate bladder dysfunction). Appendix (II) 6) Age ranges from 25-45 years old. 7) All patients are receiving the same medical treatment. 8) Patients are medically stable. 9) Ability to understand and follow instructions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Other underlying causes of OAB. 2) Patients who have any other inflammatory or urinary tract infection diseases. 3) Patient who have diabetic polyneuropathy. 4) Patients who have history of Bladder surgeries or diseases 5) Patients with active or uncontrolled pathologies (i.e. cancer, hypertension). 6) Patients in acute relapse stage. 7) Patients with cognitive deficits. 8) Patients with any psychiatric disease. 9) Female patients with MS.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
urodynamic tests include cystometry, uroflowmetry, pressure flow studies, electromyography (EMG), and video-urodynamics.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The overactive bladder symptom score (OABSS) is used as the standard for the assessment of the severity of OAB. The OABSS is anew, simple, quick and valid assessment tool for OAB symptoms. It comprises only four questions re¬garding daytime frequency, nocturia, urgency, and urgency in¬continence
