Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 20-30 years old male and female Forward head posture as measured by CVA of less than 50 degrees

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of spinal cord injury or stenosis Previous spinal or shoulder surgery Previous PT in the last 3 months prior to recruitment
