Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals were enrolled into the study if they were • Patients of both gender (Male and Female).with age 45-55yrs. • Chronic Cerebrovascular accident -6 months after Stroke. • Patients with Spastic hemiplegic. • Patients with Spasticity grade-According to Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS)-2 and 3 only • Able to respond to verbal instructions (Conscious, rouseable and orientation to time, place and person).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Subjects with any other Co-existing Progressive neurological disorder. • Unstable Cardiac condition (E.g. Acute Myocardial infarction , severe • Cardiac Failure) • Subjects with any anti spastic Drugs. • Any previous Contracture or deformities • Un co-operative patients. • Open wounds or burns. • Patients with cardiac pacemakers. • Loss of sensation. • Patient with skin disease. • Patients with metal implants.

MeasureTime frame
Spasticity Of Calf Muscle will be measured by: Spasticity assessed using Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS). Electromyograph (EMG)

Lower Limb Function Assessment will be measured by: Lower Limb Function will be assessed Using Biodex gait trainer 2 TM system. ;PAIN OF GASTROCNEMUS MUSCLE USING VISUAL ANALOGE SCALE;RANGE OF MOTION OF ANKLE JIONT USING UNIVERSAL GENIOMETER
