Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with chronic non-specific low back pain who had pain for more than three months. Patients without any obvious deformities affecting the trunk or upper and lower extremities. Patients that are able to respond to game instructions and commands.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with serious spinal pathology (including fractures, tumors, and inflammatory diseases). Patients with any obvious spinal deformity or neurological disease. Patients with a reported history of cardiovascular disease contra-indicated to exercise. Patients that are pregnant or have had a previous back surgery. Patients with an underlying systemic or visceral disease and specific condition such as dementia, cognitive dysfunction, visual impairment and previous history of epilepsy.
