Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18-65 yrs. Disease duration >6 months Spasticity on modified Ashworth scale = 1+ that has been present over the past month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent (<4 months) botulinum toxin injection A metal plate along the spastic limbs Patients with pacemakers Pregnant females.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction of spasticity by a change in modified Ashworth scale (mAS)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction of estimated dose of Onabotulinum toxin A (eBTD).;in a group of patients , assessment of the the function with Fugel Meyer scale will be done
