Inclusion criteria: 1-MALE 2- FEMALE 3-LOW BACK PAIN WITH SCIATICA

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1-Invase surgery in lumbar spine 2-motor manifestation of lower limb as drop foot Diabetes mellitus rheumatoid arthritis previous history of tumor pregnancy.
