Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with HIV-associated neurocognitive disorder 2. Physically inactive-sedentary lifestyle (approximately <2hours of exercise per week) and not engaged in a regular exercise for approximately 3 months prior to enrollment) 3. Exercise ready upon assessment 4. Not more than 65years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Lack of capacity to give consent or declined consent following pre-screening assessment 2. Angina pectoralis and/or shortness of breath at rest or during exercise 3. Recent musculoskeletal injury or acute illness capable of hampering exercise performance such as malaria 4. Recent vaccination 5. Non-adherent to ART (<40% adherent rate)
