Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: adult of both sex ASA I or II aging 18-65 years undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy in mansoura university hospitals

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Patient refusal • Pulmonary disease: COPD, asthma, lung bullae, cyst. • Psychological problems. • Complicated procedure
