Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Forty five patients with mechanical neck pain (no radiculopathy ,spondylosis and disc prolapsed) of both sexes. 2) Age ranged between 25-40 year) 3 All subjects who participated in this study read, signed and dated an informed consent form which required by the ethical committee of Faculty of Physical Therapy, Cairo University

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnant women. 2) Stroke patients. 3) Cancer patients
