Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Multifidus muscle activation from supine and prone positions by the pressure biofeedback unit , the patients will be positioned prone with the stabilizer under the abdomen, in the region located between the anterior superior iliac spine and centered relative to the navel. the stabilizer will be inflated to a pressure of 70 mmHg and the patients will be instructed to inhale and during expiration , will be asked to contract the abdomen as much as possible.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
measurement of lumbar lordosis, to measure the degree of lumbar lordosis by the flexicurve, the tester will mold the flexible curve to the midline contour of the subject lumbar spine;prone hip extension test, the participant will lie prone and will be instructed to alternately lift each leg to a height of 20 cm and return it to the bench after 1-2 sec hold in the elevated position.;active straight leg raising test, patients will raise his leg 20 cm off the plinth from supine lying position and the patients will self-rate the difficulty of performance on an ordinal 0-5 scale, 0 being no difficulty and 5 being unable to lift the limb.;numeric rating scale, is an 11 point scale for patients self- reporting of pain. 0, no pain. 1-3, mild pain, 4-6,moderate pain. 7-10, severe pain
