Inclusion criteria: an adult patient undergoing pancreaticoduodenectomy surgery ASA1 or 11

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any central nervous system disease. 2. Severe hemodynamic instability during surgery.

To evaluate the effect of automatic gas control on sevoflurane gas monitor ( FiSev, EtSev, FiO2 %, EtO2 EtCO2 and I CO2). %

To evaluate the effect of automatic gas control on recovery during pancreaticoduodenectomy operation compared to the manual low flow anesthetic technique
