Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age from 21-40 years old. 2) ASA 1 parturient. 3) None laboring, at term with singleton uncomplicated pregnancies. 4) Delivery under spinal anesthesia, with height 150 to 180 cm 5) Body mass index up to 40 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Parturient with peripartum disorders as DM, HTN, cardiac diseases, bronchial asthma or bleeding disorders 2) Obesity: BMI >40 3) Gestational age <37 weeks. 4) Refusal to participate in the study
