Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with chronic non-specific low back pain who had pain for more than three months were eligible for this study. Patients without any obvious deformities affecting the trunk or upper and lower extremities. Patients able to respond to game instructions and commands.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with serious spinal pathology (including fractures, tumors, and inflammatory diseases) or any obvious spinal deformity or neurological disease. Reported history of cardiovascular disease contra-indicated to exercise, pregnant or have had a previous back surgery. An underlying systemic or visceral disease and specific condition such as dementia, cognitive dysfunction, visual impairment. Previous history of epilepsy
