Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: participants must: 1) be an athlete tennis for at least two years; 2) systematically train tennis at least six hours a week; and 3) entered in the national tennis championship. They were recruited because they say they are willing to fast for the whole month of Ramadan

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: be a tennis athlete less than two years train tennis less than six hours a week Not registered at the National Tennis Championship will not fast hroughout the month of Ramadan

Based on the results of the research, the study concluded that fasting Ramadan has a negative effect on the performance of agility, speed and reaction time of the receiver for young tennis players.;As well as a training program with motor imagery after regular training sessions, could be an effective strategy to reduce the effect of Ramadan fasting and stabilize physical performance in terms of agility, speed and time reaction for young male tennis players.

. that no significant difference was identified for body mass and body mass index (BMI) at T1 compared to T0. However, significant differences were observed in T2 and T3 compared to T0. no significant difference was identified for daily caloric intakes and percentages of carbohydrates, lipids and proteins during the two experimental periods.
