Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients will be included in this study if they have a hand trauma with a flexor tendon injury (cut of FDP&FDS) zone II immediate injury or delayed within one month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Associated phalangeal fractures Crushing hand injury Soft tissue loss.
