Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1- Patients with subacromial impingement syndrome from both genders. 2- Age range from 25-40 years 3- Shoulder impingement symptoms lasting at least 6 weeks
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients will be excluded if they have any of the following: 1- Hand truma, present pain or other kinds of complaints in the hand area. 2- History of deformities, fractures, or surgery of the tested upper extremity joints affecting hand grip strength within the last 6 months. 3- Presence of cardiopulmonary, hormonal disorder, central or peripheral neurological deficits or any condition that can influence the results.
