Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Central obese subjects. Age was from 30-40 years. BMI was from 30-35 kg/m2 Males and females

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Smokers. Pregnant women. Cardiovascular disease. Musculoskeletal disease. Physical disability. Renal and metabolic disease. Any neurological disease or complain and any inflammatory disease or complain. Patient receiving any durg therapy such as lipid lowering therapy, vitamins and antioxidants
