Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: be a tennis athlete for at least two years; systematically train tennis for at least six hours a week; registered at the National Tennis Championship. They were recruited because they declared that they will willing to fast throughout the month of Ramadan

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: be a tennis athlete less than two years train tennis less than six hours a week Not registered at the National Tennis Championship will not fast hroughout the month of Ramadan

A decrease in the performance of tennis services (accuracy and typing speed) for CG at T2 and T3 compared to T0, confirming other studies showing a decline in Physical performance during Ramadan;he Ramadan motor imaging training program delineates the negative effect of fasting on the performance of tennis services (accuracy and typing speed) The accuracy of the service measured in our survey was lower at the beginning of Ramadan (T1) and in the middle of Ramadan (T2) than at the beginning and end of Ramadan, respectively at (T0) and (T3). While the service accuracy measured at the end of Ramadan (T3) did not differ from that measured before Ramadan (T0).

no significant difference has been identified between IMG and CG before starting the intervention, which indicates the homogeneity of the groups. that no significant difference was identified for body mass and body mass index (BMI) at T1 compared to T0. However, significant differences were observed in T2 and T3 compared to T0.
