Inclusion criteria: Patients within age raged from 21-35 years Physical status ASA II undergoing elective C.S.

Exclusion criteria: Females with a known history of allergy to any of the study drugs Females with bleeding disorders Females with vertebral anomalies Females with neurological deficits
