Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Under 5 children. 2. More than 3 well-documented separate AOM episodes in the past 6 months or more than 4 episodes in the past 12 months with more than 1 episode in the past 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Craniofacial abnormalities (cleft palate). 2. Chronic disease (renal failure, diabetes, rickets, etc…). 3. Immunodeficiency (corticosteroid therapy, radiation therapy). 4. Adenoid hypertrophy
