Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants diagnosed as having chronic radicular LBP due to Lumbar Disc Herniation (LDH) will be included in the study. . The criteria for inclusion will be; 1) participants with age range of 19-55 years having unilateral radiculopathy, 2) participants having pain in the distribution of sciatic nerve, 3) participants should be sexually active 4) participants must have healthy sexual partners.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria will include; 1) participants diagnosed as having other back pathologies not LDH, 2) participants diagnosed as having LDH but with commobidities, 3) participants having impotence 4) participants diagnosed as having LDH but not having active and healthy sexual partner.
