Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: elderly patients (age above 60) scheduled for orthopedic lower limb surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with contraindication to spinal anesthesia (thrombocytopenia (less than 100), INR more than 1.5, valvular stenotic lesions), refusing enrollment will be excluded from the study
