Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1- Non vital permanent teeth. 2- Mature single rooted teeth. 3- No previous root canal treatment. 4- Apical radiolucency. 5- Periodontally sound tooth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1- Immature teeth. 2- Teeth with root fractures. 3- Teeth with root resorption (Internal or External). 4- Diabetic, hypertensive or immunocompromised patients.
