Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged 5-14 years (age 6-12 for cognitive development Resident in the area at least for the last 20 days Living with parents or guardian to give assent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: severely ill to respond for questions Has taken antimalarial drug recently
