Inclusion criteria: All adults aged 18-65 ASA I and II (only age categorized)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with History of allergy to any of the study drugs Obstetric patient Patients on treatment with sympatholytic and venous and arterial vasodilators All ASA II and above patients except for age categorized. Patient with anticipated difficult air way
