Inclusion criteria: Morbid obese patients scheduled for gastric sleeve gastrectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe cardiac and pulmonary disability, redo-surgeries, patient refusal and known allergy to lidocaine will be considered as exclusion criteria
