Inclusion criteria: 4th year medical students Non repeater No prior clinical internship (internal medicine)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Non-participation in theoretical courses Non-participation in both listening sessions Non-participation in the clinical internship Non-participation in both knowledge and skills assessments Withdrawal of informed consent
