Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1- age range from 35- 50 . 2- subjects in chronic stage of rheumatoid arthritis. 3- morning stiffness lasts more than one hour. duration of arthritis lasts more than six months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1- open wounds. 2- pregnancy. 3- hypertension. 4- cardiac patients.
