Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male Smokers within 18- 55 years Nicotine dependence of greater than 3 on the Fagerstrom test for nicotine dependence questionnaire People who smoke atleast one cigarette daily for a minimum of 1 year Smokers who have not been involved in any structured aerobic exercise in the past 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: . Any known cardiac, respiratory impairment .Physically active individuals
