Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Age will range from 50 to 60 years (Torres-Duran et al., 2007). - Type 2 Diabetic patients (7-10years duration) with lower extremity peripheral artery disease and has intermittent claudication and pain. - Intensity of pain: by numerical analogue scale (NAS) equal to 5 or greater. - Patient with Ankle brachial index <0.9. - BMI rang (25 to 29).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Ankle brachial index = 9. - Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus. - Treatment with steroids, cancer chemotherapy. - Cardiac abnormalities or pacemakers. - Previous surgical procedure in lower extremities. - Life threatening disorders as renal failure, myocardial infarction. - Musculoskeletal disorder of lower limb. - Logistic problems to attend regular exercise training sessions.
